Pedagogic Agreement After School Activities Events Testimonials		Inscriptions FORMS OF PAYMENT Parents of French nationality, complying with certain conditions, may receive financial aid from the French government. FIRST INSCRIPTION PAYMENTS (ELEMENTARY): These payments shall collect once at the time of the first inscription of your son/daughter and are not reimbursed in case of the child leaving. It has a value of: USD 950.00 for the first child USD 825.00 for the second child USD 700.00 for the third child FIRST INSCRIPTION PAYMENTS (SECONDARY): USD 1100.00 for the first child USD 975.00 for the second child USD 850.00 for the third child ANNUAL PAYMENT INSCRIPTION: These pre-inscription or re-inscription payment shall be charged annually and more precisely in the month of May. The cost is USD 325.00 per child (Elementary) and USD 475.00 per child (Secondary). Shall be paid before May 30th of each year. This payment shall not be reimbursed in case of change of mind. For all subsequent inscription this payment shall be demanded at the time of the inscription. PAYMENT OF MATERIAL: This payment is annual and has a cost of USD 190.00 per child. This payment belong to the purchase of books and all necessary school material. TUITION PAYMENTS: PRE-K AND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL: These payments are of USD 3250 per year and per child. These may be paid monthly (10 payments of USD 325 beginning in September), quarterly (3 payments of US$ 1083,33 in September, USD 1083,33 in January and USD 1083,33 in April), or annually (1 payment in September). In cases the monthly or quarterly payment, payments may be made before the 5th day of the month. COLLEGE AND HIGH SCHOOL: These payments have a value of USD 4750* per year and per child. These may be paid monthly (10 payments of USD 475 beginning in September), quarterly (3 payments of US$ 1583,33 in September, January and in April), or annually (1 payment in September). In cases the monthly or quarterly payment, payments may be made before the 5th day of the month. * These costs may be increased for the higher levels of High School and College if the intervention of specialist professors of certain disciplines is necessary. SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION: The school offers the school bus for school schedules as well as in extra school classes schedules. The value varies depending on the child’s residential zone. Bus payments are paid at the same time as the tuition payments. EXTRA SCHOOL ACTIVITIES: The cost of the activities vary according to class. These are performed at the same time as the payments of tuition. ACCESS TO LIBRARY A deposit of USD 20 is requested at the beginning of the year as of the “Medium Section” This shall be used in case of loss and/or damage of book, if not the money shall be returned at the end of the school year. PURCHASE OF UNIFORM: The school sweaters , sports T-shirts and bathing suits are sold at the office.
