DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR INSCRIPTION 2009/10:


Before the admission of any student, the following documents shall be duly completed and returned to the school:

 1- Complete and signed Inscription Form 
2- Certificate of previous school
3- Report Card
4- Copy of child's birth certificate
5- Copy of child’s identification
6- Acknowledgement receipt of FORMS OF PAYMENT
7- Acknowledgement receipt of INTERNAL BY-LAWS
8- 4 photos
