The financial management of the establishment is directed by a Board of Directors consisting of 5 parents (elected during a general assembly) in which the school Director participates as a representative of the French Embassy in Panama. All that shall be done to develop the mastering of the maternal language shall make easy the learning of French, after the other languages. The mastering of a foreign language passes through the phase on which the child records the words before being able to express himself, he will need time. The child shall be sensitive to the fact that his parents, as possible, to make the effort to initiate him or herself to the language and to the French culture by means of the French Alliance for example). The professors shall give to the new parents of pre-school all the necessary advices for a good adaptation of the child to the school, particularly regarding how to help him or her to obtain his her autonomy.
